  120. by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The 
  121. SOFTWARE is not sold, it is licensed.

  124. OF NOISE and is protected by copyright laws and international 
  125. copyright treaties.

  127. By installing the SOFTWARE, by loading or running the SOFTWARE, 
  128. by placing or copying the SOFTWARE onto your hard drive, or by 
  129. distributing the TRIAL version of the SOFTWARE, you agree to be
